I see adult individual clients in Tampa and by secure telehealth throughout Florida.
In Person
50-minute individual sessions in a private office setting in Tampa, FL. A 90-minute extended session is also available. Weekly sessions are typically recommended, particularly early in treatment.
Telehealth
50-minute secure video sessions available to clients located anywhere in Florida at the time of the session. A 90-minute extended session is also available.
Consultation
A 15-minute call to discuss what's bringing you to therapy and determine fit before scheduling a first session.
Fees
I do not bill insurance directly. Working outside of insurance means sessions aren't limited by what a plan will authorize, and there's no mental health diagnosis attached to your insurance record. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I provide documentation (a superbill) you can submit for possible reimbursement. More on how this works.
