Anxious Attachment
A few prompts to help you start noticing this pattern on your own.
Journaling won't resolve an attachment pattern on its own, but it's a genuinely useful way to start noticing it, which is usually the first real step. These prompts are ones I'd suggest to a client early on, before things go much deeper in session.
The goal isn't really to journal your way to a tidy conclusion, but to build a habit of noticing the pattern as it's happening instead of only in hindsight. If you start seeing the same answers show up repeatedly, that's usually a sign there's something worth bringing into an actual session, where it can be looked at more directly than a journal page allows.
A first session is a natural next step once you're ready to go further.
